League of Legends : Patch PBE 7.7 24/03/2017 - Lee Sin login screen and tentative balance changes

Some changes appeared tonight on the official League of Legends test servers. Check out what will probably end up being implemented in the next major League of Legends update.

      • Mana increased to 330 from 304
      • Mana by level increased to 55 from 50
      • Mana regen increased to 1.2 from 1.13
      • Mana regen by level increased to 0.16 from 0.08
    • Lissandra : Sublimée
      • New: 
        • Lissandra's spell casts empower her next basic attack, converting the entirety of the attack to magic damage (1.5 second cooldown).
        • Whenever Lissandra's abilities or empowered attack damage an enemy champion she permanently gains a stack of Iceborn, each increasing Lissandra's maximum mana by 3 and the damage of her empowered attack by 1.
    • Lissandra : Éclat de glace
      • Mana cost modified to 70/75/80/85/90 from 85
      • AP ratio reduced to 0.65 from 0.7 (Back to live values)
    • Lissandra : Cercle de givre
      • Mana cost modified to 40/50/60/70/80 from 50
    • Lissandra : Chemin glacial
      • Mana cost reduced to 60/70/80/90/100 from 80/85/90/95/100
